How’s your coronavirus lockdown going?! We chose an awesome time to move house 🤪 quite literally just before lockdown. Sold my house, moved in to a rental with mon amour for the interim while we sort out the new house ready to move in. Then CV19 happened. Sale fell through so we’re in limbo. With only half our things moved. Just a few clothes. With no tv. No internet. No online games. No WiFi. No yoga courses online. No cookery classes etc. No virtual retreats. And I get it: we are in a really good place compared to many. And we are grateful. 
So I’m feeling quite limited with work at the moment. And I’m trying not to worry too much about that. We’re just accepting things as they are ‘it is what it is’. And anyway, I DO have most of my kitchen gadgets with me like my @prospiralizer @vitamix @tribestuk juicers.

One thing that I know for sure is that for ALL of us: rich or poor, black or white we are all navigating these uncertain times in our own bubbles. Stay connected folks! Connected to the INNER YOU. Let your travels be inwards. Let your thoughts be positive. Meditating through these weeks ahead just might be essential for maintaining calm & restoring balance. And eat as well as you can. Green smoothies will REALLY help!
