Work with an intimate cohort of passionate learners and immerse yourself more deeply in to the nourishing world of raw foods. Embrace a deeper understanding of Stephanie’s 5 Pillars of Raw Food and the 7 Raw Food Preparation Techniques in this unique and exclusive masterclass. Master more advanced raw food preparation techniques & become more competent with dehydrating foods, fermented foods, superfoods & medicinal herbs, cultured cheese and sauces, delicate dishes and prepare foods that involve a more complex approach. Work with Stephanie to unravel the mystery of more gourmet raw food preparation as you prepare your own menu. The class is a mixture of demonstration with lots of hands on preparation and practical study.
This is a 2 day immersion workshop in Stephanie’s Pop-Up Kitchen, Hackney, London. Students study together around an island workstation and create recipes across Stephanie’s gourmet raw-food menu selection. Stephanie will present a demonstration and students will then prepare their own dishes. Attending the Raw Foods Introduction Workshop is helpful but not essential. Basic knowledge of raw foods and it’s preparation is required. Please contact Stephanie with any queries about your booking.

Part of your payment is used to fund a program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups at the Made in Hackney Kitchen, North London.
All students will receive a certificate of study and will be awarded the coveted Explore Raw Cookery School Apron.
