Do you #sourdough?! I’m exploring new #ferments and I’ve never yet mastered the sourdough. Until now. It’s my mission! I’ve been birthing 2 #sourdoughstarter from scratch: one #rye (Bert) one #bakersflour (Ernie) we had takeoff last night! I woke up to find that my little boy became a man. Bertie made it in to my ‘Fermentation Hall of Fame’ as King of the Sourdough Starters. Father and babies doing well. We are all very happy! 😃😝😜💪🏼🙏🏻🌈 . . I really enjoyed creating these starters and looking forward to exploring loads of sourdough bread recipes plus pancakes, crumpets etc (I’ve made some sourdough pancakes already and veganised them they were STUNNING! 🍞 #recipe coming soon... . . I really think this is one of the most exciting @prospiralizer recipes on my blog. Exciting because it's from my book Spiralize! and I can remember very clearly the moment that I got it just right.
