Do you #sourdough?! I’m exploring new #ferments and I’ve never yet mastered the sourdough. Until now. It’s my mission! I’ve been birthing 2 #sourdoughstarter from scratch: one #rye (Bert) one #bakersflour (Ernie) we had takeoff last night! I woke up to find that my little boy became a man. Bertie made it in to my ‘Fermentation Hall of Fame’ as King of the Sourdough Starters. Father and babies doing well. We are all very happy! 😃😝😜💪🏼🙏🏻🌈 . .
