I have been bursting to tell you all about this for ages! I am hosting a long weekend of food-feasting in an organic farm in Portugal (Algarve) this summer and I wanted you to be the first to hear about it!
We will both be hosting daily classes on raw foods & fermentation, making sour dough bread together, fermented buckwheat bread, fermented nut cheeses, raw chocolate and more!
