Ten daily practices to BOOST your enthusiasm!

Ever felt like you just ‘can’t be bothered’ to do ANYTHING. I mean even the fun stuff!? Like your motivation is seriously in need of a kick up the booty. Well this may just have something to do with your ‘gut health’. Only you will know the answers to this as only you know your body, your lifestyle, what you have been eating and how you are currently feeling, MUCH better than any doctor, blogger, health warrior or wellness guru or in fact ANYONE! Except for your mum. Mums ALWAYS know best 😉

Become your best advisor!

I certainly don’t have all the answers but I can tell you that DIET & MINDSET in some shape or form probably play a key part in how you are feeling. If you are lacking in enthusiasm for life are you also lacking in enthusiasm for your food? (Sure, I think that FOOD always has the answer, right?) Which as a food fanatic is rather handy. Which as a raw food fan is rather handy as I really do think that as much natural raw food that we can get inside our bodies makes us feel amazing and is just good nutritional sense.

You might be stressed, depressed, feeling sluggish or just not knowing really why you are fed up? Or plodding along with no real ZEST for anything? Or maybe wanting to lift yourself that little bit higher?

So if you are in need of a kick up the enthusiasm then these tips might also help invigorate the diet, recharge the brain cells, and help awaken YOU, and perhaps let go of all that holds you back.

I am no master of this thing called life – I’m learning every day, just that these things ALWAYS help me out so I thought it would be worth sharing them with you too! When I am feeling off the ball it’s usually one or more of these that I have forgotten about. It may be tough doing these things every day but adopting as many as you can into your daily life might help lift the spirits. Worth a shot, right?

TEN DAILY PRACTICES YOU CAN DO TODAY TO BOOST YOUR ENTHUSIASM

  1. Drink plenty of water – FLOW drink water to be like water 😉
  2. Be kinder to yourself – LOVE say I love you in the mirror every day 😉
  3. Try to get enough sleep – REST be the sunset or the sunrise 😉
  4. Don’t hold on – LET GO of everything & everyone. They’re not yours 😉
  5. Use essential oils – SELF CARE because they work 😉
  6. Nourish not punish – EAT add lots of greens to your plate 😉
  7. Drink green smoothies – GLOW because they are good for you 😉
  8. Do yoga – MOVE even when you don’t want to 😉
  9. Breathe deeply – AIR inhale the love exhale the crap 😉
  10. Do yoga – MOVE get it?;)

Stay beautiful. You are enough. Just as you are. And when all else fails, remember that we are all here working on this thing called life just trying to figure it all out.
