I was chatting to my friend Sara today and we had a good old chin wag about still feeling a bit ‘meh’! Know what I mean? Still feeling:
- a bit ‘winter’
- a bit ‘podgy’
- a bit ‘tired’
- a bit ‘bloated’
- a bit ‘meh!!”
… with little or no inclination to grab a gorgeous green smoothie and feeling like only a pie will do the job! Well, I totally know what she means. I look down at my belly hanging over my leggings and think ‘oops’ I need to get back on the fitness action and sort myself out! You see for me the green smoothies have never been the problem, the movement on the other hand has always been where I need a kick up the bum!
