Delicious and amazing and a perfect solution to my nut butter addiction! Sometimes I just crave a gorgeous nut butter and can easily consume way too much! (is that a bad thing..?) so this sauce helps the nuts go way further!
You can use this sauce for making Pad Thai in savoury dishes, with extra milk for a gorgeous nut butter smoothie or as it is over salads and spiralized veggies! There are so many uses!
Making nut milk is easy too! I would definitely recommend getting something like a Soyabella machine (particularly if you like hot milk!) as it makes the process so easy! This milk won’t be raw but will be kick-ass vegan dairy free goodness. I love making milk with it for the occasional latte. You can also use your juicer like a Slowstar to make nut milks (so easy I love it!) or in your blender with a pop sock (yes it can be done! follow my guide to making almond milk!)
There really is no need in our bodies for dairy! And no need to spend a fortune every day buying store bought pasteurised nut milks. Over time these machines just pay for themselves!
Consuming plenty of gorgeous raw living milk is one of the simplest and best ways to bring your food to life! with enzyme rich vibrant high vibrational food. You gotta love it!
80g almond butter (home made or try brands like Meridian)
2 pitted dates
150ml almond milk
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Put all ingredients into Personal Blender and blend until smooth. Add to your favourite desserts as desired, add to more milk to make a gorgeous nutty milkshake smoothie, or keep to add to your favourite Pad Thai recipe. The options really are endless!
