I love this Ultimate Green Smoothie Recipe!
- 300ml coconut water
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g blueberries
- Handful of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of Beyond Greens
- 1 tablespoon Ultimate Oil Blend
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (try almond)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Just blend and go! It can be really helpful with portion control to use a personal blender. I love this one from Tribest.
