Ah! May is finally here… REALLY it’s here! Although you wouldn’t think it!
I love May. It’s my birthday month. Which usually means lots of outdoor time and socialising with friends. Although this year the weather in the UK is still particularly dreary and cold and for those of you new to raw or exploring a juicing and raw foods diet for the first time it can be an easy time to fall back into the old ways of comfort eating.
Well, hold on in there and keep going!
Make GREEN choices whenever you can. Try my gorgeous kale chips recipe. Why? Because dark leafy greens in particular are great mood lifters.

Remember that the sun is still there hiding behind the clouds waiting for the right time to come out! So get out in nature! Get some fresh air. Get some vitamin D. Go play!
