Or how to make a green monster….
I have to face it. I am NOT a morning person. Unless I am late for a train I always have to coach myself through getting out of bed! Even on a day where I am full of vibrancy and bounce, getting out of bed is always after ‘just a few minutes more’! I love my morning sleepy-eyed bedroom time.
Well if you are anything like me then you might like to know that this is something that could help! It sure helps me and keeps me on the straight and narrow all day.
I call it my GREEN MONSTERS!
One of our lovely guests at Raw Juice Camp named it this as it was what he had to face on a daily basis before getting out on to the beach to work out. (Oh it’s a hard life!)
It’s so easy to make – you don’t even need a blender you can just shake it up in a bottle or stir it up in your glass! It’s a great ‘flusher’ first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast (eating breakfast or solid foods should not be within those first moments of waking up!). I usually bolt down a glass first thing and slowly finish off the litre within the first hour of the day. It’s a GREAT way to let yourself GLOW and start each day eating clean.
Bring your food to life! You WILL feel the difference by starting the day with a fabulous green monster!
