Taking things to the next level of home raw chocolate production – Stephanie will guide you through this masterclass in an exclusive learning group of just 6 students. Master tempering chocolate (giving your raw chocolate ‘snap’ and stability at room temperature) make a range of stunning delights with cacao liquor, paste drops, cacao butters and more. Make white, dark and silky smooth ‘milky’ raw chocolates as you create your own chocolate box to include truffles, pralines, enrobed fruity centres and nutty ganaches. A stunning afternoon of chocolate play. No fancy equipment required and all recipes can be easily replicated at home.
This is a Sunday workshop in Stephanie’s Pop-Up Kitchen, Hackney, London. Students study together around an island workstation and create recipes across a range of Stephanie’s ebooks and blog recipes. Stephanie will present a demonstration and there will be an opportunity to play and get involved in raw chocolate making together. There will be plenty of samples to taste!
°all chocolates made are raw vegan and organic. Superfoods and all ingredients are of the highest standard and a large range of medicinal mushrooms and super tonics will be used in my chocolate blends. Some chocolates will be completely sugar free, all chocolates will be refined sugar free.
