The good news is that they are really easy to make! Just blitz in your personal blender and top with your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds!
To take your smoothie bowl one step further – always soak your nuts, mill your seeds and soak any dehydrated fruits such as goji berries. This will really help with digestion and keep you loaded with enzymes!
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon acai powder
Add all ingredients to your Personal Blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a serving bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, blueberries, granola, raspberries, and almonds
Other toppings which work well include chopped banana, walnuts, goji berries, bee pollen, and cocoa nibs
